Valsalva retinopathy
Valsalva retinopathy in a 21-year-old detected during routine screening. Note the well-circumscribed preretinal haemorrhage from sudden venous pressure rise. Elicit history of coughing, straining, or heavy lifting. Most cases resolve spontaneously, but close follow-up is essential to monitor visual recovery.
