Conjunctiva
Pterygium

Pterygium in a 53-year-old female. Note the fibrovascular growth extending from the conjunctiva onto the cornea, often associated with UV exposure. Monitor for progression toward the visual axis. Lubrication relieves symptoms; surgical excision is indicated if vision is threatened.
