Subconjunctival haemorrhage in a 41-year-old male following trauma. Note the well-demarcated red patch beneath the conjunctiva. Though often benign, assess for associated ocular injury and vision changes. Most resolve spontaneously, but careful evaluation is essential post-trauma.
